DIARY:
9:00am: Sirloin and green beans, sweet potato
11:00am: Chicken/Turkey breast w/veges and whole grain penne
2:00: Ground Turkey breast with brown rice and green beans
5:00pm: Chicken/Turket breast w/ veges and whole gran penne
Weight Training: On my own today. I worked like hell the quads, hamstrings, gluts, calves, obliques and abs. Especially the abs. I had tons of energy today, probably because I started earlier.
Cardio: 20 minutes on the stairclimber (oh crap that burned), and a short walk downtown.
7:00pm: Ground Turkey breast with brown rice and greenie beanies :)
