12:30PM: Hamburger and greens salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar
1:30pm: Sirloin, sweet potato and green beans
Cardio: Early morning 3 mile walk, and later, salsa workshop
Weight training: LEGS and ABS at the gym, seemed like punishment.
6:45pm: Scarfed Chicken breast meal from above
9:00PM: Sirloin meal from above...was tasty
