9:00am: 1 MetRx RTD 51
10:00am: Chicken Breast and brown rice
11:00am: tuna and green beans

NO Workout today.

3:30pm: Publix Spicy Tuna sushi roll made with brown rice & cucumber. Seaweed Salad.
5:30pm: 1 cup red rasberries
