McDonald's is passe.

Diced chicken, cucumber slices marinated, red rasberries, italian green cabbage slaw, fresh fruit salad, and fresh mexicano salsa.

That's what's in my fridge, literally, ready to eat, FAST FOOD.

Dammit! My trainer, Will, slipped and said he was going to McDonald's after our session.....WWWHHHAATTTT?....I guess dudes who are in shape do that from time to time.


Fresh Mexicano Salsa:
2 parts tomato
1 part yellow onion
As much fresh jalapeno you can stand
About 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 dash salt (if you use it)
Lime juice (for flavor & preservative)
