SEPTEMBER 24, 2009


7:00am - 10:30am: Chicken Breast and sweet potato X2
1:00pm: Tuna
2:00pm: 1 MetRX RTD 51

Weight Training: I trained with Cliff Jackson today, Abs and upper body.
No Cardio.

5:30pm: Huge Chicken Breast and 1 cup green beans

    I DO NOT.

    But the combination, after a few days of hitting it hard, causes a kind of thermal reaction that causes the body to spontaneously sweat.

    Some people believe that the sweet potato in particular, is one of those foods that metabolises at a higher caloric rate than the actual calorie count of the sweet potato itself.

    The benefit is that the body receives the calories for energy, and the nutrients for general well being, then burns calories to the negative in digestion, thus producing a fat burn, thermally.

    I don't know if it's true, but my best workouts were high-powered when I used this formula. I'm making gains, losing size, and looking better.
