Weight training: This was a PUSH value train like none other, working the opposite muscles from yeaterday.
Cardio: 4 mile walk from sailboats to Linton and back. This is getting really easy, although my hips still start to hurt before the end.
5:00pm: Chicken breast and varied veges from an ordered-out salad. I avoided the iceberg, and there was no dressing.
8:00pm: Flounder and Brown rice.
