8:00am: 3 eggs 1 yolk
8:15am: 1 cup oatmeal
10:am: 1 cup cantaloupe
11:30am: Chicken breast and sweet potato
4:00pm: 1 cup cantaloupe
Weight Training: Circuit Trained at the beach. TOTALLY different from yesterday, but it was a tough one because I didn't get much sleep last night. Nonetheless, it was an awesome workout. And being outside and breathing in the ocean air really seems to add benefit.
Cardio: Brisk 2 mile beach walk.
9:oopm: 3 oz Flounder, brown rice and green beans
