Cardio: REALLY tough today. I just couldn't find the power to put it into overdrive.
Anyway, 25.13 minutes, 1.33 miles, 267 calories burned, no heart-rate reading.
Weight training: Chest and back. And abs...always abs. All new stuff from Will which keeps it interesting. He says my posture has improved immensely, and my training form is like a pro...(Is my Bull$h*t-O-Meter going off? Not sure.)
