SEPTEMBER 14, 2009


8:00am: 1 cup sliced cucumbers
10:00am: 1 cup fruit salad
11:30am: 1 cup shredded green cabbage
1:00pm: Chicken breast

Weight training: Not really today, but I asked for a THOROUGH training on how to stretch myself, because I have some serious issues with TIGHT. Got an excellent regimen on how to stretch certain key areas while walking through life. Outstanding.

Cardio: 25:06 minutes, 1.67 miles, 301 calories burned, Avg. heart-rate, 143.

9:30PM: 4oz. Top sirloin (beef, RED MEAT, yummy)
