SEPTEMBER 12, 2009


8:00am: 1 MetRX RTD 51

Cardio: 25 minute walk in Delray with profuse idea about miles, calories burned or avg. heart-rate.

No weight training today.

3:00pm: Chicken breast topped w/ chuncky Mexican Salsa (see FAST FOOD blog entry for recipe) BAD GIRL! I should've eaten more before this, but business came first today.
4:00pm: 1 cup sliced cucumber
4:15pm: 1 cup fruit sald (cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberies)

9-13-09: Whoops! Took a nap to refresh before a Gallery showing in the evening, but didn't wake up 'til Sunday morning.
