Sooo, I was wondering where are you getting your menus from? Believe it or not I they actually look a though they taste pretty good.
ReplyDeleteI'll send you a copy....It's basic guidelines of choices of proteins, choices of carbs, choices of fruits and vegetables and how much for a serving. I happen to like everything listed except for the dreaded sweet potatos.
