Weight Training: THE most awesome session yet. In a seperate arrangement from the United State of Fitness, my trainer, Will Burkland, delivered a cross train that kicked my butt and I loved every minute of it! Beach-side training ROCKS!
Cardio: Semi-hard walk the length of the Delray Beach coast, north to south and back.
