BULL$H*T-O-METER

It's true. I was blessed with a hyper-active bull$h*t-o-meter. So much so, that it alarms me even when I'm bull$h*tting MYSELF.
I love my new gym. I love my new trainer. I love how I feel when I'm finished working out.

So why in the world is my brain trying to justify reasons not to go today?

Old habits die hard I guess. Can't teach an old dog new tricks. The more things change, the more they stay the same. Maybe I'm just a few bricks shy of a...........well, enough of the cliches'.

This is Bull$h*t! I'm not gonna let a couple bumps in the road deter me at this point. The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.

  1. What you're experiencing now I feel is normal. Just yesterday I was planning for a workout and was thinking of every excuse in the world not to do it too. All it boils down to is your goal and what you are willing to do to achieve it. Trust me it will all be worth it in the end. Hang tough. I'm rooting for you.
